Initial Consultation
The Initial SAP evaluation is $250 and is completed online via Zoom and takes about an hour.
Education Treatment Program
As a result of this evaluation you will be recommended education and or treatment. The cost will range from $50 to $185. This process can take as little as 5 to 10 days but depending on your recommendation could be longer.
Final Evaluation
Once you have completed all recommendations from the initial evaluation you will be scheduled for a final evaluation with your SAP. The cost of the follow up evaluation is $250. This Evaluation also takes about an hour and is completed online.
After this step is completed, you be eligible to take RTD drug test. Your employer will be sent your completion letter and confidential drug testing schedule.
